This bright 1-room apartment is located in the basement of a very well-maintained apartment building built on a slope in the center of Reutlingen. From the terrace with adjoining green area you have a wonderful view of the Marienkirche, accompanied by the gentle murmur of the Echaz flowing below. The apartment has 2 floor-to-ceiling, fully opening terrace doors, which invite the summer.
A private cellar room as well as a washing and drying room for communal use are part of the offer. A passenger elevator makes the apartment also attractive for seniors and people with limited mobility.
A property management with janitor service is available for the

From Reutlingen, you can quickly reach Tübingen, Metzingen, Nürtingen, Esslingen and Stuttgart or Stuttgart Airport by car or bus, some of which can be reached in just a few minutes by car via the B27 and B28.
Car parking space can be rented optionally for 40 euros per month.
