Room of 10m², fully furnished. It has a double bed (140x190) and a bedside table with lamp. A working area is included, composed of a desk with chair and lamp. The room also has storage space: a wardrobe with hanging space and a shelf. Located in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, this 82m² apartment is ideally situated, just a few steps from the Gare du Nord and close to all amenities. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a Haussmann building secured with digicodes and with an elevator. The apartment has 5 bedrooms, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. All the rooms are fully equipped and furnished. The whole is arranged and decorated with care. The kitchen is equipped with new and quality appliances. It contains a refrigerator, cooking plates, a hood, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher and a washing machine. All the necessary equipment for cleaning (broom, mop, vacuum cleaner) is available in the apartment. The bathroom has a bathtub, a sink and storage space. The rent for the room in *Check-in/out is possible on weekends with an additional payment of 70€ - Once the booking has been confirmed, you have 48 hours to send the documents requested by the owner (to the owner).
