ABOUT THIS OFFER:
A very bright and newly furnished single room flat awaits you in the heart of Munich. The renovated flat is on the 2nd floor of an ancient building with 14 living quarters (without lift). The flat has cosy furnishings that leave nothing to be desired.
There is a small cloakroom directly in the entrance area. From there you enter the small bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and mirror cabinet.
Through the cloakroom you will enter the bright living area, which also includes a fully equipped working space with a desk including PC (Windows 10), LCD flat screen and printer, as well as speakers and camera (video telephony via internet).
The cosy couch can be easily converted into a sofa bed offering a lying surface of approx. 130x190cm. During the day, you can stow away the blankets and pillows again. There is also a spacious wardrobe and several storage compartments on top of it.
In the evening, you can wind down with TV (cable TV with all free digital and 36 HD channels), with one of the DVDs being available, music from the small stereo system or start reading with one of the books from the bookshelf.
In the room next door you have a separate kitchen with sitting accommodation. This kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A clothes horse, an ironing board and an iron are included, too. All necessary cooking utensils are available. In addition to the coffee machine, you will also find a basic coffee equipment, thus you only need to stock up on the essentials in the nearby supermarket. There is also a cosy extendable dining table with two additional chairs in the kitchen.
The flat is located parallel to Nymphenburger street and is in a quiet location. Within a few minutes you can reach the underground station "Maillinger Straße" where you can take the
U1 or U7 are only 2 stops away from the main railway station. There are also several restaurants (Thai restaurant, Hans im Glück, Löwenbräukeller), bakeries, supermarkets, doctors and a pharmacy within walking distance.
There is a small trattoria on the ground floor of the building. There you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 9:00 in the morning or pizza and pasta until 20:00 in the evening if you don't want (or maybe don't know how ;-)) to cook for yourself.
