Unit Info:
- The building is brand new and has really nice amenities such as a rooftop, study pods, and gym
- It’s in a very convenient location right on telegraph and is a quick 7 min walk to campus
- The unit is pre furnished with 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an in unit washer and dryer, a very spacious kitchen, and large living room that comes with a TV
- My current bedroom is the larger bedroom and you would get a queen bed! The room also comes with under the bed storage and your own closet!
- Utilities + Wifi are included in the rent!
- We have very responsive management and the building itself is also super secure with passcode protected entry to the building, each apartment, and to the individual bedrooms
The other girls who currently live in the unit with me are all undergrad Cal students and are all super nice! We love to hangout in the living room and do homework together or having movie nights, and it’s overall a super fun and friendly environment to live in!😊
