Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private bathroom with bath or shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries. A microwave, a fridge and stovetop are also provided, as well as a kettle.
The washing machine and dryer are located in the building (not in the apartment) and are shared with other residents. Both are free of charge.
Swiss National Museum is 5 km from the apartment, while Kunsthaus Zurich is 6 km away. The nearest airport is Zurich Airport, 6 km.
RENTAL CONDITIONS
- All rates are monthly ( based on minimum of 30 nights stay) and are in CHF. Monthly rent is excluding VAT @3.7%. Deposit amount is in CHF too.
- These monthly prices are inclusive of all bills, WiFI and weekly housekeeping including change of linen and towel but excluding Serafe ( Tv/Radio fee)
- Check in is 2pm and heck out is 11 am for Zurich properties. Late check out after 2 pm incurs full day's charge
- For Basel: check in IS 2.30 PM ONWARDS pm and check out is 10 am. After 10 am, full day's charge is applicable.
