Is just 10 minutes’ walk away from the centre of Lugano and 5 from the lakefront. In the living room, the light blue sofa turns into a comfortable double bed and the kitchen is open and fully-equipped. Taste your coffee on the sunny terrace overlooking the mountains: we always offer our guests some coffee pods! The double bedroom faces another small terrace, which offers a view of the garden. In the bathroom, the large shower covered with tiles offers a pleasant relaxation. A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

Nearby: The Coop Supermarket is just in front of the structure; the building complex is just 2 minutes away from the lakefront and the Lanchetta restaurant; it is possible to take the ferry from the small tourist port to many locations (Gandria, Morcote, etc.). The Lido of Lugano, which is just 3 minutes away, offers an olympic swimming pool covered in winter, the outdoor pools with springboards in summer, a beach along the lakeshore, the tennis courts and the sailing club.How to arrive: If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop "Viganello, La Santa" (about 10 minutes). Walk for about 3 minutes to get to the building.
