el precio incluye por habitación al mes para mantenimiento y comunidad y tenemos el servicio de pago de 10 euros al mes para limpieza de zonas comunes, el wifi lo contrataran los inquilinos en la compaña de su preferencia.

Es un piso ideal para compartir con estudiantes. La reserva minima debe ser de de 4 meses, maximo 12.
Se requiere pago de agencia y deposito de fianza cada uno equivalente a un mes de alquiler.

💲EXTRA COSTS:
- Administration Fee: 1 month's rent
- Deposit: 1 month's rent
*** The deposit is refunded at the end of the stay (during January or August) after checking the state of the accommodation and the missing payments
- Cleaning service of common areas: 10€/month/person
- Cost of utilities: not included: it will depend on the consumption and will be divided into equal parts among the tenants.
📅 MONTHLY CONTRACT: Payment for whole months, regardless of your move-in and move-out date.
🧑🤝🧑COUPLES: +50€/month
🎀OPTIONAL EXTRA SERVICES (under request)
- Pick-up service from bus or train station (Monday to Friday during working time): 30€
🕛 CHECK-IN TIME:
- Check-in: Monday to Saturday till 20:00
- Late check-in fee (after 20:00h, Sundays or holidays): 30€ - 50€
🔊 RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Every tenant is responsible for keeping the flat clean. If the flat is too dirty there is an extra charge: 10€/hour/person.
- If the check-in and administration process takes longer than 1h there will be an extra cost: 30€/hour
- Rental periods: September to January or February to June.
- The rent must be paid between days 10 and 15 of the previous months. Never later.
- The deposit must be paid before moving in and it will be returned if the flat is left in the same condition as received. The deposit can't be part of the last month's rent.
- There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant
- Parties are not allowed in the flat.
- Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00
- Smoking is not allowed
- Pets or animals are not allowed
The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
