Distributed upstairs with 4 large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace. Wonderful views around the house across the Sierra de Madrid. Capacity: 9 people.
Ground floor with large living room, sofa bed, bedroom, and a bathroom. Fireplace to enjoy in couple or family of a very special and exclusive atmosphere. Capacity: 4 people.
The total capacity of the entire villa: is 13 people.
You can book separately on the top floor or the bottom floor. According to your needs.
With many leisure activities: One of the best areas of Spain for climbing, hiking, cycling routes, and horseback riding .... full of peaceful villages with charm, with a very good atmosphere, restaurants, shops, and cultural activities.
We will give you maps, books, and other information to make the most of the stay.
My accommodation is good for couples, groups of friends, adventurers, and families.
TERMS:
- If you check in after 8 pm you will have to pay an extra service fee of 150€
- There is a final cleaning fee of 100€
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- The utilities have a minimum price of 50€ for studios, 75€ for apartments with one bedroom, and 100€ for apartments with two bedrooms. If you exceed these costs you will have to pay the extra amount
