It is perfect for a maximum of 5 people.
The apartment is located in a building of typical and traditional Barcelona construction, it is a first floor, but the height of the apartment is that of a second floor. There is an elevator in the building.

It is very sunny and bright, it has a balcony that can be accessed from two of the rooms, the kitchen part has views of the patio. It has air conditioning and heating in all rooms.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a single room and two double rooms with two single beds in each room. All rooms have desks, large closets, and plenty of storage space for everything you need.
There are two full baths with a shower in each bath. The kitchen is American-style, open to the dining room, very bright, equipped and with a table and chairs perfect for breakfast, dinner and lunch, this area is also next to the living room.
The living room is the best area of ​​the house, very large, bright and equipped with a large TV from which you can watch Netflix and connect your laptop, there is also a large sofa perfect for meetings, watching movies and resting. The living room is next to the kitchen and has access to a corridor where all the rooms are.

This apartment is the perfect place to spend a work or study stay in Barcelona.

** Being an apartment that is rented for stays greater than or equal to one month, the cost of supplies is not included in the rent. The cost of supplies will be according to consumption.

We will collect a provision of funds before arrival and we will adjust it upon departure with utility bills, the guest will only pay for the amount of electricity, water and gas that is consumed.
Public transport is very close: the metro and the bus are just a few meters from the apartment.
It is a very lively neighborhood with many shops, places to do daily shopping, restaurants and interesting places to have a
coffee and enjoy.

Parties and events are totally prohibited. Not respecting our regulations, making noise at night, will imply the eviction of the apartment and the loss of the deposit.

TERMS:
- You will have to pay an estimated bills each month. If you exceed this estimate, you will have to pay the additional cost. If you spend less than estimated, we'll deduct it from next month's bills.
- The amount of the deposit and the amount of the early termination will always be the highest monthly payment included during the rented period.
-The administrative cost will be 20% of the cost of the highest monthly payment included during the rented period.
- Internet is included in the rental price
-Sheets and towels are included.
- At the beginning of your stay, before entering the accommodation, we will charge you a cleaning fee to clean the apartment on departure. If you leave the apartment in very poor condition upon departure and this cost is insufficient, the difference will be charged.
- If the keys are lost, you will have to pay a replacement fee of €100
- If you cancel your contract early, you will have to pay an early departure fee equal to the deposit
- Rent must be paid between the 1st and 5th of each month
- It is an essential condition that they comply with the rules of the neighborhood community, do not make noise at night and do not disturb the neighbors. If you misbehave and we receive complaints from the police or neighbors, we will be forced to expel you from the accommodation.
