Located in l'Eixample near the city center, tourist and leisure centre of the city for locals and foreigners, the neighborhood of Gracia has a mixture of ancient and modern buildings in which life is more like a town than a large city, called for this precisely the Vila de Gracia. Being centrally located is perfectly connected by all kinds of means of transport, it is next to the metro station Diagonal (L3 Green) Gracia (FGC) and several bus stops.

The interior room has a double bed, desk and wardrobe. The apartment has a living room with TV, a bathroom, washing machine and a kitchen with: fridge, freezer, oven and everything you need to enter to live. Weekly cleaning of the common areas, sheets, towels and water, electricity, gas and WiFi included in the price.

Administrative expenses: 300€ deducted from the deposit at the end of the stay. A 1 to 6 month contract can be made, and there is an extra cost of 50€ for the contract extension management. From the moment that the reservation is accepted in the portal, the client has 48 hours to pay the deposit, and in no case will be able to enter to live to the apartment without having paid the deposit. If there is a check-in on Sundays, 50€ extras will be charged.
