It was conceived as a large garden city with Tibidabo Avenue as the main axis. The green areas are the jewel in the crown of the neighborhood. Connects directly with the Collserola mountain, and has some of the best hospitals and universities such as Clínica Teknon, Abat Oliva CEU University, La Salle Bonanova, ESIC, UIC, IQS...

✔Check-in from 18:00 to 21:00 will have an extra fee of 50€, except for the apartments with Digital Access.
✔Check-in after 21:00 or on public holidays will have an extra fee of 90€, except for the apartments with Digital Access.
🌞Welcome Service (Administrative expenses): The Tenant must pay at the beginning of his/her stay a Welcome Service fee of €250 to cover the costs of drafting and signing the legal rental Agreement, check-in at the Accommodation (see Arrivals and Departures Policy) supply of two pillows, two cushions, duvet, blanket, a complete set of sheets and two towels (only payment)
🧹Final cleaning fee: A €100 final cleaning fee must be paid at the time of check-out.
🛬🛫Arrivals and departures on different days than the first and last day of the month: A full month is the stay between check-in on the 1st of the month and check-out on the 1st of the following month. Arrivals after the 1st of the month and departures before the last day of the month will be charged as follows:
🛬Arrivals
✔Between the 1st and 10th of the month: the entire month.
✔Between the 11th and 20th of the month: 80% of the month.
✔From the 21st of the month: 40 euros per night and person.
🛫Departures
✔Between the 1st and 9th of the month: 40 euros per night and person.
✔Between the 10th and 19th of the month: 80% of the month.
✔From day 20: the entire month.
💕For couples:
✔In case the Tenants are a couple, the Welcome Service, which includes management, the second pair of towels, and a second copy of keys, will be increased by €100. (only payment)
✔In the event the Tenants are a couple: the rent will be increased by €265/month, including up to €65 of monthly utilities (water, electricity, and gas), weekly supply of toilet and kitchen paper, hand soap, and dish soap for the second person, weekly cleaning of the common areas, maintenance and 24h assistance by a Community Facilitator. (monthly payment)
