The common use area of the villa has a kitchen, 18 m2 terrace, living room, 100 m2 sunny patio and laundry/clothesline. Access to La Concha beach and Buen Pastor Cathedral in 7 minutes. Private room cleaning once a week and private area cleaning twice a week. Optional private parking in the driveway at the back of the property. All expenses included.
