Room in a shared apartment, with 1.30 m bed, desk and ergonomic chair, storage cupboard and private bathroom. In this solution, it shares only one kitchen (fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, extractor fan, and four large refrigerators) and a common living area/TV room, with up to 7 people maximum (only accessible to residents of the same cluster). Please Note: Linen & Kitchen Utensils are not included.

Our residence is located on the university campus of Asprela, close to several bus station with direct connection to the historic city center and with the beach 15 minutes by car. It has around 800 rooms with a bathroom included, with a kitchen option and all expenses (water, electricity, high speed WIFI for 5 devices and monthly cleaning).
Everything is designed and thought for you! Our aim is to create a suitable space and community for you to make the most of your university experience. Here you will not only feel at home, you will also have everything you need for your study and fun times. We thought about the design of our common areas in detail to provide you with greater comfort.
Right after your booking on Housing Anywhere, you will be required to pay the security deposit and administration fee. At the end of your stay, the deposit will be fully refunded to you except in case of damages in the room.
