Located in a totally renovated building in the heart of Alfama, Guest Inn presents an unique way to live the true Lisbon experience in the comfort of a premium (hidden) you will find the most typical and historical neighborhood in Lisbon, with the Fado Museum, the National Pantheon, the São Vicente Church and other historic landmarks within walking distance. There are also several restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
→ Building
The apartment is located in the first floor (with no elevator) of a fully renovated building in one the most traditional streets of Alfama. The apartment has a bright and cozy feeling and provides you all the comfort of a premium right in the heart of Lisbon's most charismatic areas. It is ideal for couples or a small family looking to spend some pleasant days in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions and incredible viewpoints within walking distance.
→ Sleeping Area/Kitchenette
The apartment features a comfortable double-bed and air conditioner.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with fridge, iron, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker (coffee not included).
→ Living Room
The living room has a flat-screen TV, a double-sofa-bed ready to accommodate two more guests and a balcony wit a view to the apartment's traditional street.
→ Bathroom
The apartment has a bathroom with shower.

→ City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2€ per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights.
→ Be aware that Alfama is a very lively area of Lisbon and the apartment is in front of a local bar. Due to its existence in front of the property's door, we do not recommend it to people sensitive to noise.
→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
→ Please note that the building does not have an elevator and access to the apartment is made by steep stairs.
*The apartment is located in the area where the annual "Santos Populares" festivities take place during the month of June. Be aware that this area can be very busy and noise can be expected!
*Ongoing nearby construction works, with no timetable for completion.
