Cozy room in Santo António in a newly renovated apartment. The room has all that you need to live, work and study here. From appliances to linen and towels, internet and more.
This room is located inside a shared apartment, which means you will have access to our spacious common areas, including a kitchen and a large dining/hangout area where our guests like to relax and hang out. It is located very close to the nearest bus and metro station, so it is very easy to get around the city.
The building has an excellent connection to the rest of the city, just 5 minutes away from Marquêes de Pombal (Blue & Yellow line).
The parish is in a beautiful part of Lisbon right in the center of the city. There are some nice bars, restaurants and cafés around the area, and the flat is located right next to Parque Eduardo VII.

Who is eligible to book a room?
Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios) One person per room (no bedroom sharing)
Which documents do we need before sending out contract:
-Copy of Passport
-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, Blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, a gurantee, etc.

It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our communities. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.
When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.
WE DO NOT CHECK IN ON THE WEEKEND (Saturday and Sunday).
