From January 2024 we are looking for reliable tenants for our 2 room apartment (40 qm) in Sao Miguel/Azores.
It is fully equipted with kitchenette, bathroom, two balkonies in a quiet and lovely natural place - 30 kms from Ponta Delgada. Nice trails directly from our house to Mosteiros, Ferraria and Sete Cidades, 6 bus connections daily to Ponta Delgada, strong WiFi, big garden etc.
Minimum rental time 3 months, 650 €/month plus electricity and other costs (around 100 €).
Some of users are having trouble paying with our bank ING with valid card details. We recommend you try your credit card with PayPal (you do not need an account) as this has solved the problem for many people.
