Apartment Attilio is centrally located in the pedestrian-only area in the heart of historic Florence, halfway between the Piazza del Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery, each only a three minute walk away.
On the second floor with an elevator, the apartment contains a spacious living room with a table and chairs, writing desk, TV smart and sofa (which can convert into a sofa bed). The bedroom features period furniture, a double bed (or two singles if you prefer) and a chest of drawers.
The large kitchen features a dining area with table and credenza, and is complete with dishes, stove and oven, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster and more. The bathroom contains a shower. All linens for the beds and bathroom included. Iron and ironing board, hair dryer, heating, air conditioning, and TV smart. Attilio is comfortable, complete with all necessary accessories, and has ample space for storage. It is also well-suited for long term rentals.
High speed internet connection is available upon request.
Compulsory weekly charge for bed and bathroom linen service - 12 euro per person. Final cleaning 85.
The utilities range from 3.6 to 9.5 euro a day depending on your use of air-conditioning, heating, water and electricity
