Even if it is a stone's throw from piazza Vittorio and the city centre, the neighborhood is very quiet.
The guest have full right to use all the apartment and the garden, kitchen included. the bathroom is shared. My roommate and I live in the house

In case of a second guest, the total price of the room would be € 800, all bills included.

La stanza si trova a piano terra, in un quartiere centrale ma molto tranquillo di Torino, Borgo Po,
tra le colline ed il centro storico.
Pista ciclabile e la natura delle sponde del Po, vista sulla cattedrale di Superga e movida di strada a 100 m dalla porta di casa.
Gli ospiti hanno diritto a tutta la casa, quindi anche alla cucina. Il bagno è condiviso. Nella casa viviamo io e il mio coinquilino.
In caso di un secondo ospite, il prezzo totale della stanza sarebbe di €800, tutte le spese incluse.
La stanza è dotata di un letto matrimoniale e, se richiesto, un letto singolo .
A 50 metri dal portone di casa c'è la prima delle diverse fermate di linee di autobus che vi collegano in tutta la città molto Facilmente.
Il "precollina" è un punto ideale per iniziare una passeggiata per il centro.
La stanza è situata in un appartamento storico . L'appartamento vanta un esotico giardino condominiale con barbecue e tavolini. Ideale per una colazione primaverile oppure una cena romantica.
Il wi-fi è molto potente. E, cosa più importante, l'host è molto gentile e disponibile.
