Spacest.com is an online platform for medium-long term rentals that was created as a guarantee for the tenant: we check all the apartments and the photos are recent and reliable so you can book online with peace of mind to avoid someone else doing it before you.

The apartment consists of an entrance which opens onto a living area with open kitchen and a dining table. A spacious double bedroom with loft, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the lower floor there is a large living area with sofa and TV. In addition, the apartment offers a comfortable outdoor space with a dining table.
The Tibaldi district is located not far from the Navigli and the Ticinese district. It is a very lively neighbourhood, full of young people and full of clubs frequented by university students. The Bocconi University and NABA are 15 minutes away by bus. The IED and IULM can be reached in 12 minutes by bus.
The nearest tram stop (line 3) is a two-minute walk away. The Tibaldi-Bocconi stop (S9) is a 10-minute walk away. The 90 line stop is a 5-minute walk away.
Monthly rates:
• 1.250,00€ for monthly rent
• 150,00€ for building fees
• 200,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi)
Total of monthly cost: 1.600,00€
You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 1.250€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning
Linen is not included.
