This lovely apartment is located in the famous Koukaki area, 5 minutes from the Acropolis museum and 2 minutes from Metro station Syngrou Fix!
There is a comfortable double bed next to the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water 24/7.
Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from a top-quality brand. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free Wi-Fi!
Syngrou Fix is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 150 meters away.
Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation).
For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.
Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
