During your stay, you will be well-connected to the rest of the city, with several bus lines running through the area.
Please note:
- The quiet hours take place between 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., and 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- There is a fee for check-in after 00:00.
- Other optional costs include a baby high chair and a crib for 20 Euros each.
- Transfer service and private tours are available upon request.
Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 100 euros (estimation).
For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.
Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
