This lovely apartment is located in the Kolonaki area and it is set to host up to 3 guests. The place is newly renovated ( March 2019 ).
The apartment has a living room with a single bed and one bedroom with a double bed and a desk. A small kitchen and a nice clean bathroom. Kolonaki is a very famous area which is located in the center of Athens. There is also a boiler to provide you with hot water 24/7.
The beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from a top-quality brand. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free Wi-Fi!
Panepistimio is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 150 meters away.
Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation).
For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.
Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
