This elegant apartment is a 5-minute walk from Syntagma Square and Monastiraki, which is the very popular flea market. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, toaster, and Nespresso. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.
There is also a laundry machine and dryer in a separate room on the top of the building. Big closets will make your stay more comfortable. Finally, for those who want to stay fit even on their vacations, there is a treadmill. The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water 24/7.

The safest area of Athens, in a lively neighborhood with everything open 24/7. Walk less than a minute and get the metro, ta(hidden) bus!
Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation).
For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.
Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
