This bright apartment is located close to the center. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the pedestrian zone. There are several bus stops nearby. The HTW is in the immediate vicinity. There is also a discount store, a supermarket as well as smaller markets, bakeries, pizzerias and snack bars around the apartment.
The apartment itself consists of a cozy living room/bedroom, a large kitchen with dining area, a bathroom and a balcony facing the backyard.
There is a large king-size double bed and a sofa bed.
A workstation is also available. If necessary, a baby travel cot can be provided.
The new kitchen contains everything you need: cutlery, crockery, modern induction stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle, free-standing refrigerator with freezer compartment and a pantry.
Access to the balcony is via the kitchen. Here you can end the day comfortably and watch the sunset. The balcony is quietly located towards the backyard.
