This is the rental of a beautiful, modern and comfortably furnished business apartment (50 sqm) on the Petrisberg, directly at the partnership gardens.

The apartment is rented fully furnished and equipped, so that nothing more needs to be brought along than your own suitcase. A big highlight is the 30sqm roof terrace and the large panoramic windows, which provide a light-flooded apartment.

If you work from home, there is an iMac available, which can also be used as a TV (streaming).
Belonging to the apartment is an underground parking space for your car.

Quiet living with proximity to Trier city (5 minutes by car) is possible here! A bus stop with city connection is directly in front of the door.
Not far from the Wasserband and Tower Luxembourg, you will find many stores for daily needs.
The university campus is also only a few minutes away by bus, therefore ideal for lecturers, employees of the clinics on the Petrisberg or employees in Luxembourg who favor Trier or Dtld. as a residence.
