The exclusive apartment with high quality real wood parquet flooring is modern and high quality furnished as well as fully equipped with everything you need for a longer business or private stay.

The small hallway in the entrance area is equipped with a closet including wardrobe. From there you enter directly into the high-quality equipped bright bathroom with window, bathtub, very large mirror and beautiful details. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and dryer in a perfectly designed closet, which also provides additional storage space.

From the hallway you also enter the open modern white kitchen and the directly adjacent dining area, which is open to the living area. From here you can have a great conversation with your guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen accessories, so you can already relax while preparing meals on the induction stove or electric oven. A microwave oven is also available for a quick meal. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a refrigerator including a freezer with three compartments.
