We rent out our great apartment for three months for interim rent because we will be abroad.
Getting to know each other in advance is very important to us.

Very nice and uncomplicated neighbors.
Public transport is a minute's walk away, and many parks are in the immediate vicinity.
Nice cafes, restaurants and shopping facilities such as Rewe, dm, pharmacy etc. within walking distance in less than 5 minutes away.
Parking is easily found on the street.
