The apartment is on the 1st floor of a two-family house and has a separate entrance.
The open kitchen has a counter to the dining room and this leads into the living room. There is an oval dining table with elegant chairs and a couch with coffee table. In the living room there is a flat screen TV.
There is a single bed and another couch that serves as bed when occupied with 2 persons.
It ´an all open place with 3 sections: dining , living, bed.

There are large windows and therefore the apartment is very bright and friendly.
The flooring consists of elegant parquet and carpets, tiles in kitchen and bathroom.

To the apartment belongs a large parking lot, which can also accommodate two cars.

The apartment is suitable for one to two adults.
