Brand new and very modernly furnished. With a large, bright living area which has a terrace to relax in the green. You can spend nice hours on the comfortable couch while watching TV on the 65-inch SmartTV in 4K. In the functionally furnished en-suite kitchen you will find a dishwasher, a microwave and an electric stove. A coffee machine, toaster and kettle are also available. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. The toilet is housed separately so that you have peace and quiet :-) In the bedroom, in addition to the large double bed with very comfortable Bodyguard cold foam mattresses, you will also find a work area for a home office and a 32-inch SmartTV, which can also be used as an additional monitor in conjunction with a laptop .

Information about the area
Very nice and quiet location. Just 10 minutes on foot and you are already at the Elbe. Tram lines 4 and 6 and bus 86 (to Kreischa in just 30 minutes) are only a 5 to 8 minute walk away. Various supermarkets and also a baker/butcher can be reached in 5 minutes. Just around the corner there is a large gravel lake where you can fish and of course swim. There is also a water sports facility for skiing and wakeboarding just around the corner :-) It only takes 25 minutes to get to Dresden's old town by tram and 15 minutes by car. Nothing stands in the way of a visit to Saxon Switzerland in 30 minutes by car. E.g. the Königstein Fortress. The holiday apartment also includes two e-bikes if you would like to ride a bike. In 5 minutes you can reach the Elbe and discover the Elbe cycle path to Dresden, Meißen or Pirna, BadSchandau.
