Your cosy room will be fully furnished with bed (incl. mattress, blanket and pillow), desk and chair, wardrobe, shelf, curtains. hanging and/or standing lamp and bedside table. Heating, electricity, water, and internet are included in the price.
The structure is linked to superb public transport connections nearby and you will find many restaurants, supermarkets, shops & parks in the area. The building is 5 min walking distance away from S Hohenzollerndamm (S41/S42 - Ringbahn, S46) and few minutes away from the Grieser Platz bus stop, bus nr 110.
(The minimum stay is 3 months and the maximum stay period is 1 year. However, it is possible to extend the stay in the same structure by moving to another room)
