It is a mezzanine apartment in a multi-storey building which is located directly by a park. The apartment faces the park and the courtyard, not directly on the street, so it is pleasantly quiet. The building and the apartment are in a well-kept condition.

The apartment has a larger bedroom and a smaller bedroom or guest room / study / children's room. The apartment is furnished with a double bed (1.60m) in the large room and a single bed in the small room, which can be extended to a double bed. Both bedrooms have desks with chairs, in case you plan to work from home. In the living room there is a sofa bed, dining table, chairs, wardrobes, chests of drawers etc. The kitchen is fully equipped. Washing machine and dishwasher are available. The furniture can still be adapted at the request of the tenants (for example, crib for babies).

The wall between the living room and the kitchen has been taken out, to create an open space. The balcony in front of the living room has a view of the park and the courtyard.
