Though greener and more foresty than central Berlin –– it’s just five minutes away from S-Bahnhof Pichelsberg train station on the S3, S5, S7, S7 and S75 line, one minute from the bus station Stößenseebrücke on the M-49 line.

Our bright and modern, fully furnished, the private room comes with a cosy Queen-sized bed and a private study area - for when a dedicated student awakens in you - a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower, a shared, fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art amenities. Bedroom size in this category varies between 11-14m2.
Information regarding the contract and deposit
To give you the key to your new home, we need to have the deposit (2 months' rent) on our bank account. Careful: proof of transfer is not accepted. So please take this into account when you book and wish to move in over the next couple of days. Once completed the booking on the platform, you have 2 days to register in our system (with your official documents and contact details) and sign the contract.
Within 3 days after signing the contract, we must have received the deposit on our bank account. Keep in mind that international transfers can take a few business days, so we suggest you transfer the deposit as soon as you sign the contract. If you don't transfer the deposit in time, we'll have to cancel your reservation and you might lose the first month's rent.

We are a legitimate and certified landlord that is responsible for ten buildings across Berlin and have several apartments in this category that may vary in the layout than what’s included in the listing. Be mindful that 7% VAT is included in the rental price.
