Central and neat apartment in Augsburg

Die Wohnung liegt eine Häuserreihe am zentralen Verkehrsknotenpunkt "Kö"nigsplatz in Augsburg (Stadtteil Innenstadt) und dennoch in sehr ruhiger Lage.
Voll möbliert mit Highspeed Wlan, TV, Mikrowellenofen, Geschirr, Duschwanne, Föhn, Bettbezügen & Handtüchern ist sie sofort bezugsbereit.
Die Heizung funktioniert über einen Wohnungseigenen Gasboiler.
Zu Fuß sind Sie zu Fuß in ca 2 Minuten an der Staßenbahn des Königsplatzes, 7 Minuten am Hbf und ca 10 Minuten am Rathausplatz (realistische Angaben aus Google Maps).

Aus dem Aufzug gelangt man über das Treppenhaus ein halbes Stockwerk nach oben zur Eingangstüre, weshalb die Wohnung nicht barrierefrei betretbar ist.
Hinweis: In der anliegenden Straße darf nur mit Anwohnerparkausweis geparkt werden.

Beim Ein- und Auschecken sind Sie durch einen "Schlüsselsafe" in der Nähe des Eingangs völlig flexibel. Sie erhalten detaillierte Informationen zum Standort und zum Öffnen per Code.

The apartment is located one row of houses next to the central traffic junction "Kö" in Augsburg (downtown district) and therefore a central, yet very quiet location.
Fully furnished with high-speed WiFi, TV, microwave oven, dishes, shower bathtub, hair dryer, bed covers & towels, it is ready to move in immediately.
The heating works via an apartment's own gas boiler.
By foot you can reach the tram of "Kö"nigsplatz in about 2 minutes (which brings you to every location in Augsburg). 7 minutes to the main station and about 10 minutes through the pedestrian zone to the Rathausplatz (realistic information from Google Maps). From the elevator you can reach the entrance door up half a floor via the staircase, which is why the apartment is unfortunately not accessible for people with disabilities.
Note: Parking on the adjacent street is only permitted with a residents' parking permit.

For check-in and check-out you are completely flexible due to an "key-safe" near the entrance. You will receive a detailed information of location and how to open by code.
