This modern and newly renovated 25m² apartment is perfect for 2 adults and a small child. A high-quality travel cot and lots of toys are available. Please ask for this explicitly when booking.

THE APARTMENT
There is a 160x200cm bed for two people in the apartment. A travel cot can be provided on request.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchenette (stove/oven, refrigerator, kettle, dishes and other kitchen utensils). This modern kitchenette offers plenty of space for cooking and is equipped with high-quality brand-name appliances. Coffee lovers will find a Nespresso-Vertuo machine here.

Next to the living area is the bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washbasin.

Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel and shampoo.

High speed WLAN is available with 100 Mbit/s. TV is equipped with Sky streaming service WOW.

A free parking lot is available in the underground

ACCESS FOR GUESTS
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is easily accessible via an elevator.

POOL USE
The swimming pool can be accessed via the courtyard or via the connection in the basement. In summer, the sliding doors of the indoor swimming pool can be opened and the sunbathing lawn to the west is at your disposal.
Of course, you can also use the indoor swimming pool in winter. The direct connection from the underground pool to the indoor pool is very practical here.

PARKING SPACES
Our apartment offers the additional advantage of a private parking space in the parking garage. Whether you're coming for a weekend getaway or to explore the city, you can rest assured that your vehicle will be safe and easily accessible whenever you need it.

SURROUNDINGS/ LEISURE

The apartment is close to the city center, yet in a quiet location. All stores for daily needs, nice cafés and restaurants are nearby. The streetcar and bus are only a few minutes' walk away. This means you can be in Augsburg city center in a short time. Augsburg main station is also only a few minutes away by car. You are quickly on the B17 and on to the A8 or A96. Augsburg Trade Fair is only 6 minutes away by car.

The nearby Wertach-Auen nature reserve is ideal for long walks, cycling tours, Nordic walking, jogging etc. and also for relaxing.
