Everything is top class. Designer furniture (USM, vitra, occhio, ...) and beautiful modern paintings. The apartment comes with weber gas BBQ and high quality outdoor furniture. Underground parking (incl. wallbox usage free of charge) and one outside parking spot is included. The apartment also has an office with whiteboard, flipchart, printer and height-adjustable desk. It can easily be turned into a room for one child/guest upon request and little onetime additional charge. The studio/livingroom is equipped with a sofa bed.
Netflix and German Sports PayTV (sky) is included.
