Very quiet and yet central location

The flat is located in the second entrance of a block of flats and is therefore approx. 40m away from the street. The street itself is a side street with little traffic ("bicycle street").

The things for daily life are easily reachable on foot or by bike, see distances below.

200m to tram line 1, which runs at short intervals (e.g. to the main railway station in six minutes without changing)
1.7 km by foot to the main station (1.9 km by car)
1 km by car to the B10/B28, which in turn leads north directly to the A8 (8km) and south directly to the A7 (13km)
