The apartment was designed to meet the need for upscale urban furnished living space for fixed-term rental contracts. The apartment was completely refurbished in 2021

Equipment and furnishing of the apartments
All apartments have the same basic equipment. These include in particular:
1. Fully equipped kitchen with all service, cutlery and cooking utensils
2. Fully equipped bathrooms with towels, hair dryer, shampoo and soap
3. Fully equipped bedroom and living room with box spring bed, wardrobe and bed linen, sofa / couch, table, chairs 5. Full multimedia equipment with WiFi and LCD Smart TV
"All-inclusive" rent
We rent the apartment at a flat rate including all ancillary costs and services, so that there are no hidden costs for the tenant. From wastewater to GEZ electricity, heating, garbage disposal, house cleaning of common areas, internet, cable connection and sales tax are all included in the price and will not be billed separately.

value added tax
As a commercial apartment operator, the operator, JBE Home and living, is entitled to input tax deduction and therefore rents out all apartments including 7% sales tax. This will of course be shown separately in the invoices.
Additional bookable services On request, for an additional fee, we offer you • Regular intermediate cleaning as well as bed linen and towel change every 4 weeks charged separately around 95 Euros inkluding Taxes
