Joli appartement refait à neuf (2019) en plein cœur de Nantes, calme, très bien situé, décoration contemporaine et soignée.
Le logement
Vous disposerez d'une pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée (micro-ondes, frigo, plaque induction deux feux, machine à café Nespresso, grille-pain...), coin repas et coin salon, d'une salle d'eau avec grande douche, produits de toilette (gel douche), jeux de serviettes, sèche-cheveux, lave-linge séchant (capsules de lessive à disposition) et d'une chambre indépendante mansardée avec un lit queen size (160x200), télévision, enceinte Bluetooth et rangements. Lit parapluie à disposition si besoin. (Il faut en faire la demande si nécessaire !)
Entrée dans l'immeuble sécurisée (clé).
IMPORTANT : l'appartement est situé au 4ème étage sans ascenseur (appartement clair avec vue dégagée).
Accès des voyageurs
Les voyageurs ont accès à l'intégralité du logement.
Autres remarques
Pour les arrivées après 20h, un supplement de 24 euros sera demandé

Pour les depart tardif et sans avoir été prévenu, un supplement de 50 euros sera demandé pour couvrir le retard dans la preparation du logement

Nice apartment refurbished (2019) in the heart of Nantes, quiet, very well located, contemporary and neat decoration.
The space
You will have a living room with equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, two-burner induction stove, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster...), dining area and living area, a bathroom with large shower, toiletries (shower gel), towel games, hairdryer, washer dryer (laundry capsules available) and a separate attic bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200), TV, Bluetooth speaker and storage. Umbrella bed available if necessary. (You have to make a request if necessary!)

IMPORTANT: the apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator access (clear apartment with unobstructed views).
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire place.
Other things to note
For arrivals after 8 p.m., an extra 24 euros will be requested

For late checkouts and without having been notified, an additional 50 euros will be requested to cover the delay in the preparation of the accommodation
