Rent my newly furnished room since I'm doing a semester abroad.
Room is top furnished with large bed, height-adjustable desk, ergonomic armchair, couch + table + armchair, huge closet
The location of the apartment is super central, so you can find everything you need on the doorstep.
The town hall is about 5 min away on foot.
Billa, Hofer, Spar also reachable in about 5 min
as well as countless bars, stores, etc.
Public transport is of course also very accessible due to the central location, bus and streetcar station basically on the doorstep.
You would live with Max (20) and Anna (21).
Both are active in sports, be it volleyball, bilatis, table tennis or gym, also like to chill at the Danube.
We are not a house party flat share, but drink a beer every now and then and occasionally spend our evenings in bars or go out.
It would be great if you are open-minded, have a basic level of cleanliness and ideally already have shared apartment experience.
