Unser zentrumsnahe Apartment bietet die Lösung für Ihren Wohnbedarf (Nähe U1 Reumannplatz, Westbahnhof und U6 Alserstraße).
Die Preise, die in diesem Inserat angegeben sind, beziehen sich auf die Variante, wo man die Räumlichkeiten mit den anderen teilen muss. Das bedeutet, Sie schlafen in einem Raum mit den anderen Leute (Hostelkonzept)!
Die Unterkunft ist ab dem zweiten Monat immer monatlich kündbar und es gibt noch ein Goodie bei uns, das besonders für die Studenten attraktiv ist, sprich Sie können über die Ferien (Weihnachtszeit, Silvester, Ostern) die Sachen einfach mitnehmen und Sie zahlen keine Miete während Sie zu Hause bei Ihrer Familie sind. Die Wohnung wird inzwischen vermietet und nach der Vereinbarung (wir machen die fixen Termine aus) können Sie wieder einziehen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gasse im 10.-ten Bezirk in der Nähe von der U- Bahn Station U1 Reumannplatz und Straßenbahn Stationen Linie 0 und 6.
Der Stephansplatz, Oper und Stadtzentrum sind 15 Minuten weit entfernt.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist 10 Minuten weit von der Wohnung. Von dort kann man direkt Richtung Flughafen fahren (eine Station , ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Zug entfernt).
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und bereit einzuziehen. Perfekt für die Studenten oder ein Paar. Ich vermiete nicht an die Familien mit den Kindern.
In der unmittelbaren Nähe sind die Supermärkte Lidl, Billa, Spar.
Der alte Böhmische Prater ( das attraktive Erholungsgebiet) ist 10 Min. weit.

Our apartments close to the center offer the solution for your living needs (near U1 Reumannplatz, Westbahnhof and U6 Alserstraße).
The prices stated in this advertisement naturally refer to the variant, where you have to share the accommodation with others. It means, you need to share the room whit another people (hostel concept)!
The accommodation can always be canceled on a monthly basis from the second month onwards and we have another goodie that is particularly attractive for students, i.e. you can simply take the things with you over the holidays (Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter) and you don't pay any rent during the holidays you are at home with your family. The apartment is now rented and after the agreement (we make the fixed dates) you can move in again.
The apartment is located in a quiet alley in the 10th district near the U1 Reumannplatz underground station and the 0 and 6 tram stations.
Stephansplatz, the Opera and the city center are 15 minutes away.
The main train station is 10 minutes far from the apartment. From there you can go directly to the airport (one station, about 10 minutes away by train).
The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move into. Perfect for the students or a couple. I do not rent to families with children.
In the immediate vicinity are the supermarkets Lidl, Billa, Spar.
The old Bohemian Prater (an attractive recreation area) is 10 minutes away.
