Having some privacy is just as important as socialising. Whether you want to watch a movie, study or knit a new pullover, everything is possible in your new apartment. These rooms in Leoben are made just so, so that you have anything and everything you need. Your own kitchenette, designer bathroom, workspace, and intuitive interior. The apartments are fully furnished and just waiting for you to move in!
At Leoben Montan, life and living are however you want them to be. You can either have a private apartment (Standard) or share a Community Apartment with a flatmate. You have your private space, and only share the bathroom and kitchen. You can be absolutely flexible. With various category choices, your living space is just how you want it!
Service fee (annual) : 50€.
N.B. All rental contracts can only begin on the 1st of each month and end on the last day of each month. Even if a tenant checks in within the month (e.g., on the 16th of the month), they will have to pay for the whole month.
