The apartment is located in the heart of Malmö a safe environment, 10 minutes to pildammspark and 25 minutes to the beach. A beautiful place to be during summer. A walking distance to Triangel Station and about 10 minutes with bicycle to Malmö University and the Central Station. The uniqueness of the room is that it has it's own main entrance and a hallway. There is a washing and drying machine in the apartment so no stress of having to book for a laundry time. All expenses such as electricity, internet and waste is included in the rent.
