Das 101 qm Luxuswohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Es besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, Wohnbereich und eine große offene Küche. Es verfügt über ein neues Kingsize Boxspringbett (1,80 x 2m), eine vollausgestattete offene Küche mit Kühlschrank, Kochfeld, Backoffen, Kaffeemaschine und einem Wasserkocher. Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Ein großer schöner Balkon gehört auch zur Wohnung.
Ein Fernseher und kostenloses Wlan stehen auch zur Verfügung.

Auf Wunsch ist ein wöchentlicher Putz-, Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice für € 98,00 pro Woche möglich.

Du hast die ganze Wohnung für dich allein.

Coronahinweis: Die Wohnung bleibt vor deinem Einzug 24 Stunden leer.
Alle Flächen werden vor dem Einzug desinfiziert.

City-Tax: die Stadt Köln erhebt seit 01.12.2014 eine Kulturförderabgabe (Bettensteuer) in Höhe von 5% der Miete. Wir sind von der Stadt Köln somit verpflichtet worden diese von unseren Gästen mit privatem Aufenthalt einzufordern.

Das Apartment in der Gilbachstraße liegt im Zentrum Kölns direkt hinter dem Stadtgarten. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, trotzdem ist man schnell im Zentrum des Geschehens. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine Vielfalt an gastronomischen Angeboten aller Art sind in naher Umgebung zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf finden sich direkt am Friesenplatz in der Nähe des Apartments.

Vom nahe gelegenen Friesenplatz oder aber auch vom Bahnhof West aus fahren U-Bahnlinien bzw. Straßenbahnlinien zu allen wichtigen Zielen Kölns.

The 101 sqm luxury apartment is modern and comfortable furnished. It has 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a big open kitchen. There is a new kingsize bed (1,80 m x 2m). It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and a kettle. It has a nice large bad with a bathtub. A nice big balcony is also for you to enjoy.
A TV and free WiFi are included.

On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 48.00 per week possible.

City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. We have therefore been obliged by the City of Cologne to demand this from our guests with a private stay.

The apartment will be left vacant for 24 hours before you move in.
All surfaces will be disinfected.

The apartment in the Gilbachstraße is located in the center of Cologne just behind the "Stadtgarten". It is located in a quiet area, but you are quickly in the center of everything. Shopping possibilities as well as a variety of gastronomic offers of all kinds are in close proximity to reach. Shopping facilities for daily needs are available in the immediate vicinity.

From the tram stop Friesenplatz or from the railway station West go subway lines and tram lines to all important destinations in Cologne.
