Location: The Apartment is located in Essen-Holsterhausen, which is one of the new hipster areas of Essen, because it has a lot of cafes, restaurants and bars. Just by 4 mins walking you find a busy street with everything you need for daily stuff and outgoing. Also the famous outgoing area "Rüttenscheid" is 20 mins walking or 15 mins with the tram/underground, which is just behind the house or 5 mins walking. The Apartment is also very close to University Klinikum (15mins by walking or tram) and 2 stations from main train station "Hauptbahnhof" and the city-downtown. Also the University of Essen-Duisburg is only 15 mins away with the Underground.
