Über den Dächern von Stuttgart-Uhlbach biete ich im 3. OG. ein kleines, schräges und ruhiges 30 m² -Apartment an, komplett möbliert. Das Apartment liegt im 3. OG. ohne Aufzug und ist deshalb ideal für Personen, die fit genug sind, jeden Tag ins Dachgeschoss zu laufen.

Das Apartment ist gemütlich, praktisch und modern eingerichtet. Das Apartment hat einen Wohnraum. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein graues Sofa ( Schlafsofa) , das Bett ist seperat in einer Nische untergebracht.
Das Bett ist 140 x 200 cm groß und hat eine neue 7-Zonen-Kaltschaum Matratze (H2).
Im Wohnraum gibt es vier Fenster, sowie ein Cabrio-Dach-Balkon. Dadurch ist das Apartment sehr hell und man kann sich wunderbar erholen .

Das Apartment ist komplett möbliert und mit Internet und TV über eine DSL-Leitung ausgestattet.
Im Wohnzimmer steht ein 32 Zoll-Flachbild TV von Samsung.

Es gibt einen Klapptisch zum Essen und Arbeiten.

Die Küche hat durch Ihre farbigen Fliesen ein andalusischen Flair.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zum kochen braucht.

Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit neuem modernen Geschirr, neuen Handtüchern, neuer Bettwäsche und mit neuen Matratze (7-Zonen Kaltschaum-Matratzen).

Das Bad ist mit Waschtisch und Unterschrank, sowie einer Dusche ausgestattet.

Im Keller gibt es eine Waschküche mit einer Waschmaschine.

Der Cannstatter Wasen, die Hans-Martin-Schleyerhalle, die Porsche Arena, sowie das Daimler-Stadion ist in ca. 20 min. mit den öffentlichem Nahverkehr erreichbar.
Zum Ausgleich hat Uhlbach wunderschöne Wanderwege zu den Weinbergen/ Rottenburg.
Uhlbach ist ja bekannt für seine Weinkellereien.

The kitchen has an Andalusian flair due to its coloured tiles.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a cupboard and a shower.

In the basement there is a laundry room with a washing machine.

The apartment is super centrally located. In the same house there is even an organic market. Next door there is a Metzer, as well as baker and a beverage market. eThe bus stop can be reached in 2 minutes on foot and has an excellent connection to the underground and suburban railway.
In the village there are several restaurants and brooms.
Parking spaces are usually available and free of charge.

In the centre of Untertükheim there is actually everything you need for living. The car manufacturer Daimler has its headquarters there. The university of Essllingen is about 9 km away.
The Cannstatter Wasen, the Hans-Martin-Schleyerhalle, the Porsche Arena, as well as the Daimler Stadium can be reached in about 20 minutes by public transport.
To compensate, Uhlbach has beautiful hiking trails to the vineyards/ Rottenburg.
