Classy Designer Apartment Opposite Hundertwasser

A classy, artful apartment located opposite the "Hundertwasserhaus". The neighborhood is very hip and central, close to the donau kanal and only a 15 minute walk to the heart of the city (st. stephens cathedral). You can enter the apartment either from front door from the street or through the building.

The apartment itself is nicely decorated, with a bedroom, a classy living room, and a kitchenette. The apartment is furnished for up to 5 guests at a time. In the living room is one big comfortable corner couch which can be extended to a double bed and another stylish smaller couch plus couch table. It is equipped with one double bed, one single bed, one bed couch and one extra guest bed.

A big table can be used for dining and work and can be extended to double size. Beamer and many international channels and smart amazon fire tv stick for apps like netflix, youtube etc plus you can use your laptop by connecting to the beamer. Also connected to a sound system and wifi internet provided.

The apartment has a small kitchen with induction stove, small fridge, microwave and even a dishwasher! By request we can provide a small oven.

The apartment is accessible from the street and you can use that access as a small "terracce".

Very modern heating system with several infrared panels in each room.

Cleaning Fee: 125€ (one time)
For longer rentals (over 3 months) different price can apply plus deposit. Electricity will be charged extra.
