Appartamento di circa 60m2 composto da: ingresso con corridoio nel quale si trova una libreria a muro soggiorno che dà su un balcone, cucinotto fornito di lavatrice, fornelli 5 fuochi, forno, macchina nespresso, microonde. 2 camere da letto: una camera matrimoniale con 2 finestre, armadio, cassettone, tavolo, portaabiti; 1 camera singola con letto alla francese (1 piazza e mezzo), ampio armadio guardaroba (sono utilizzabili solo le 6 ante in basso).
Bagno finestrato con doccia. Il frigorifero e la caldaia a condensazione sono nuovi. Termostato elettronico. Riscaldamento autonomo.
