Presqu'île" neighborhood, in the centre of Lyon. Several shops, restaurants, public transports are at your disposal close by. The apartment is on floor #4 . It is ready-to-live-in and is composed of a large kitchen with refrigerator, kitchen ustensils, microwave, pans, kettle, toaster, crockery... It also has a clothes rack, an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine. Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the flatshare: mop and bucket, bagless hoover, broom, dustpan and brush... Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: housing insurance, unlimited wi-fi, household waste tax, condominium fees, water, electricity. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

Presqu'île neighbourhood? This lovely room in an all-inclusive flatshare is located in one of the liveliest neighbourhoods in Lyon! With its statue of Louis the 14th and Bellecour square, the biggest pedestrian square in Europe where many cultural and sporting events are held, this is one of Lyon's most emblematic neighbourhoods. Ideally situated in the city centre (2nd arrondissement) at the heart of the Presqu'île, you can find many shops, restaurants, terraces and beautiful fountains on the longest pedestrianised streets in Lyon such as République and Victor Hugo. The stunning Célestins theatre takes centre stage in its recently renovated public square. Bellecour neighbourhood is extremely well connected to public transport links via the subway and several bus routes.
