Conditions:
- A Rental agreement conform to french law must be signed digitally with Yousign or the booking will be cancelled
- You will be asked to provide a copy of a tenant insurance mandatory in France or the booking will be cancelled. If you don't have one I can suggest a french insurance
- Deposit of 500€ must be paid before entering the premises or the booking will be cancelled
- Keys will be distributed by a digital box installed on the doorbell of the residence. Once agreement is signed, the deposit paid, and I have a copy of the tenant insurance, you will receive a code to be able to access the box and get your keys.
