📋 RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- The rent includes the responsible use of internet, water, electricity, gas and heating.
- No pets, no smoking, no parties, no guests.
- The guest must clean their room and maintain order in the common areas.
- Required: proof of enrollment in university

2) Letter of invitation from the university with the start and end dates of the stay
3) Accredit economic solvency of your SEPA EU zone bank account that guarantees the punctual payment of the rent by transfer on the first day of the month

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1) I do not register anyone in my house
2) You must have a European health card or private health insurance for any problem that may arise
3) Student temporary lease contract is signed for which personal data is required: name, surname, identity document, address, mail, telephone.
4) When you get home you must pay the deposit of €600 in cash at check-in, which is returned at check-out if everything is in order.
Full month's rent is charged regardless of the day of arrival or departure.

My house is 40 minutes by subway from the Complutense University. Ask customer service distance and time from your university to my house to verify that it really suits you by location.
In case of suspending your stay once you arrive at my house due to a change of opinion, I will keep the deposit to compensate damages.

RULES:
1) no smoking, no pets, no bringing anyone to sleep, no visits, no gatherings, no parties.

3) We wash and cook on Saturday or Sunday, which is reduced hours due to the most economical type of electricity rate. The rest of the week heat in the microwave.
4) In your bedroom you have a complete set of sheets, a summer quilt, and 2 winter duvets. It also has 3 towels for your service.
5) You must keep your room and common areas clean, take organic and recycling garbage into the containers.

FOR SHORT PERIODS OF 2 MONTHS THE MONTHLY RENT IS 600 EUROS AND 600 EUROS DEPOSIT AT CHECK IN, WHICH IS RETURNED AT CHECK OUT
